For events of up to 3,000 to 5,000 people per day we personally handle all aspects of food and beverage, thereby providing a personal touch and high level of continuity.

  • Provide booths, equipment and staff.

Attendance: 5,000-500,000+

For large events over 5,000 people per day we provide a complete food and beverage infrastructure including planning, production, and a hand-picked selection of Bay Area restaurants, food trucks, and professional food booth operators from our “A List” of culinary professionals.

  • Site survey.
  • Develop best possible layout.
  • Select the best and most appropriate caterers, restaurants, food trucks, and specialty food purveyors.
  • Verify all participants’ insurance as well as health and fire permits.
  • Obtain all relevant event permits, interfacing with all regulatory agencies.
  • Provide comprehensive on site supervision throughout the event.
  • Provide fully licensed and insured alcoholic beverage service.
  • Monitor vendor sales, collect fees, and provide you with accurate accounting.
